Return Policy
- We only accept return and exchange of unworn, uncut lace of wigs within 24 hours of receiving the product . N/B: the lace should be uncut , curls should be intact , no heat or hair products applied in the hair .
- To return a product you must reach us through the contact information provided on the website . You will then be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of wig tools (e.g combs ,serums)
- Note, we do not offer refunds
